Common Questions

Is the Performance Workout really free?

Yes. It's a full coached session so you can experience the gym, meet the team, and see if it's the right fit — no obligation and no payment information required.

What should my athlete bring?

Athletic clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. We provide everything else. Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so we can check in and warm up.

Will my athlete be training with other kids their age?

Yes. Programs are grouped by age (Youth 7–10, Junior 11–13, High School 14–18) so the coaching, intensity, and exercises are appropriate.

What if my athlete has never strength-trained before?

Perfect — that's exactly who our programs are built for. Every athlete is coached through age-appropriate movement patterns before any load is added.

How quickly will we see results?

Most athletes notice better movement and energy within the first 2–3 weeks, with measurable strength and speed gains by week 6 of consistent training.
